Disclaimer

Content. The content of these pages was prepared with care, but we accept no liability for its accuracy, completeness or currency. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law; we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.

Links. Our pages contain links to external websites over whose content we have no influence. Responsibility always lies with the provider of the linked pages, which were checked for apparent legal violations at the time of linking.

Copyright. The content and works on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent.

Technical content. Drawings, calculations and documents provided in the portal relate to the agreed project scope and to the state of knowledge at the time they were produced. They replace neither the client’s own examination nor approval by the competent authorities. Released revisions are marked as such in the portal.

Before sending a formal warning. If you find that mandatory information is missing, that third-party rights are infringed or that there are concerns under competition law, please send a short message to the address above. We undertake to examine any justified objection without delay and to change or remove the content complained of within a reasonable period. A lawyer is not needed for this, and costs incurred without such prior contact will be examined and rejected under §§ 8c and 13 UWG.

Privacy at a glance

Controller. Gerhard Hoffmann CONSULTING, address as above.

Visiting the public pages. Our hosting provider automatically processes server log data — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and the volume transferred. This is technically unavoidable; the purpose is secure and stable operation and the investigation of faults and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The logs are deleted automatically by the provider; we do not evaluate them and do not combine them with other data.

No tracking. The public pages set no cookies at all and use no analytics, no reach measurement and no advertising services. No content is loaded from third-party servers: the typeface is served from our own server, with no connection to Google or any other provider. No maps, video services or social networks are embedded.

Contacting us. If you write or call, we process what you tell us — name, contact details and the content of your enquiry — solely in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract is being initiated, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The client portal. The portal is not public; accounts are set up by us. It processes access data, company and contact details, project data, your comments and approvals, and technical log data. The legal basis is performance of the contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Only technically necessary cookies are used, to keep you signed in across pages.

Processors and third countries. We use Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, Resend for outbound email and Hostinger for hosting, each under a data processing agreement. Some of these involve transfers outside the EU, based on the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The German privacy policy names each entity, its registered address and the specific transfer basis.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. To exercise them, write to the address above.

Supervisory authority. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for us the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
