Most technical trouble is not a fault in the equipment. It is a gap between what a system demands and what the people operating it have been given: no training built for that plant, no structure to pass on what the experienced ones know, no process that survives a shift change.
I know both sides of it, and the difficulties that arise, at sea and ashore. What I offer ranges from a single training course through a full training programme to an audit or accompaniment through commissioning.
Solutions are made where the plant stands, not from a distance.
